📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of backend systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide immediate support during production incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively improve system reliability.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to optimize backend performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production support, distributed systems, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
• Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
