In this role, you will be working closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from breakfast items to lunch and dinner options. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage practices.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the café.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and dress code requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
