📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists and dental hygienists with a variety of dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each patient, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
• Take vital signs, administer local anesthesia, and monitor patients during procedures.
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and any post-procedure instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, including sterilizing and organizing dental instruments.
• Assist with scheduling and managing the clinic's daily operations, including patient check-ins and appointments.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high standard of patient care and a positive patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) or similar role in a dental clinic.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
