In this role, you will spend your days conducting surveys, conducting community engagement activities, and implementing conservation strategies. You will work with local stakeholders, including farmers, fishermen, and indigenous communities, to develop and execute projects that promote sustainable land and forest management. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that these projects are not only environmentally sound but also socially inclusive and economically viable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field surveys and assessments to evaluate the current state of land and forest management in the Aceh region.
• Develop and implement conservation projects in collaboration with local communities, focusing on sustainable land and forest management.
• Monitor and report on the progress of conservation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Facilitate community engagement activities to raise awareness about the importance of sustainable land and forest management.
• Provide technical support and training to local communities on best practices for sustainable land and forest management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project strategies and methodologies.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project activities, achievements, and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fieldwork, particularly in environmental conservation or community-based development projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable land and forest management practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using GIS software, such as QGIS or ArcGIS, for data analysis and mapping.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote and challenging environments.
