📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily feeding and health monitoring of fish and shrimp
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of aquaculture equipment
• Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Assist in the implementation of aquaculture best practices and sustainable farming techniques
• Support the team in harvesting, processing, and transporting fish and shrimp
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve farm efficiency and productivity
• Assist in the development and implementation of aquaculture training programs for local communities
• Participate in safety and emergency response drills to ensure the well-being of the team and the environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fisheries or aquaculture operations
• Knowledge of aquaculture best practices and sustainable farming techniques
• Familiarity with aquaculture equipment and tools, such as feeders, oxygenators, and water quality monitors
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Basic understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
• Willingness to work in a remote and challenging environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
