📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain content calendars and schedules for various projects.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and clients to ensure content meets project requirements.
- Manage content production workflows, including briefing creative teams and tracking progress.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign goals.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content production.
- Assist in the development of new content strategies and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content planning or project management in a creative agency.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
