As the Garden & Farm Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing educational programs that inspire and empower individuals to cultivate their own food, connect with the land, and contribute to a healthier planet. Your daily tasks will include leading workshops, mentoring students, and managing the day-to-day operations of our gardens and farm.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement educational programs focused on sustainable agriculture and hands-on learning.
• Lead workshops and mentoring sessions for students and visitors.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the gardens and farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, suppliers, and community partners.
• Educate and train students on best practices for organic gardening, permaculture, and sustainable farming.
• Monitor and report on the progress of educational programs and farm activities.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to integrate garden and farm activities into the school curriculum.
• Promote and advocate for sustainable agriculture practices within the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, gardening, or educational programming.
• Certification in organic gardening, permaculture, or sustainable agriculture is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Passion for sustainable living and education, and a commitment to fostering a deeper connection between people and nature.
