📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications and power systems equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in the company's database.
• Participate in on-call duties to respond to emergency situations and ensure minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies through continuous training and certifications.
• Support the team in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new engineering solutions and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or power systems maintenance.
• Proven track record in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications and power systems equipment.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Valid certifications in telecommunications or power systems, such as those from the National Communications Commission (Kominfo) or other relevant bodies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the telecommunications and power systems industry.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
