Executive Secretary to CEO
Join PT. Bintang Medika Bersama, a leading pharmaceutical company established in 2014 with a strong presence across Indonesia through 13 branches. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to the CEO to provide top-tier administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and strategic execution. This role is located in Tangerang, Banten, offering a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 per month.
As the Executive Secretary to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential documents with the utmost discretion. You will also assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to support the CEO's decision-making process. This position is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, highly efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently coordinated.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up materials for high-level meetings.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and data required for the CEO's meetings and reports.
- Maintain and update the CEO's office records and files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Assist in the organization and execution of corporate events and functions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and other high-level personnel.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
