📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to mitigate risks in tin and mineral extraction operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update emergency plans as needed.
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure the preparedness of the workforce.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to enhance response capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate emergency response activities to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records of all emergency response activities.
• Assist in the development of business continuity plans to minimize downtime during emergencies.
• Participate in drills and simulations to test and improve emergency response strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crisis management within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and management tools such as HAZOP, FMEA, and SWOT analysis.
• Experience with emergency management software like SAP Emergency Management or similar.
