📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimal wait times for patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the medical team, including patient registration, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Manage and maintain clinical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
