📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and processes
• Manage and update inventory systems using tools like SAP or similar software
• Produce multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and presentations to support technical documentation
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all systems are up-to-date and running smoothly
