📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
