📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids for technical documents,Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and resolving issues,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing input and feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical software and tools,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
