📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and conduct swimming lessons and training sessions for swimmers of various ages and skill levels.,Develop and implement training programs to improve swimmers' technique, endurance, and overall performance.,Evaluate swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.,Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers during training sessions and competitions.,Assist in organizing and participating in swimming competitions and events.,Promote a positive and inclusive coaching environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in swimming coaching through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a swimming coach or instructor.,Certification from a recognized swimming coaching or instruction program.,Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, rules, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Passion for swimming and a commitment to helping young athletes achieve their goals.
