OMEGA Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Oversee the company's vehicle tracking and GPS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure all safety regulations are followed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the fleet meets their operational needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
