Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the natural and organic products industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Team Lead or similar role in the natural and organic products industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
