📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Mandiri Cement products effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote Mandiri Cement products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer base.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Mandiri Cement products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
