Sky Express Berjaya is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Write and edit technical articles, manuals, and guides.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates.,Review and edit documentation written by other team members.,Work with designers and developers to ensure documentation is accurate and reflects the user experience.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
