📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that pastries are prepared and delivered on time.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit.
