📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and process sales transactions.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and develop new sales team members to ensure they meet company standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
