📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
