📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing.,Provide support to staff with various tasks and errands.,Monitor and restock office supplies.,Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and presentation materials.,Ensure the office is secure and that all equipment is in working order.,Assist with the organization of office events and activities.,Provide general support to the office staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and equipment.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).
