As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain positive employee relations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
