PT Mega Usaha is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is based in Jimbaran and offers a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Track vehicle usage and ensure efficient allocation of resources.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Oversee the driver training and certification process.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
