📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Providing technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensuring data backup and recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.,Managing user accounts and access permissions.,Assisting in the implementation of new software and systems.,Documenting IT processes and procedures.,Collaborating with the IT team to ensure seamless system operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).,Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
