Agung Bimo Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring that we have the right stock levels to meet customer demand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for food and restaurant operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of inventory.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.,Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
