📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and stock ingredients, and manage inventory to ensure optimal kitchen operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and/or Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
