📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement learning and development programs for our commercial team, using a variety of tools and software including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure our programs are meeting the needs of our team.
• Deliver training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to our commercial team to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply these to our programs.
• Work closely with our commercial team to ensure our learning and development programs are integrated into our daily operations.
• Monitor and report on the impact of our learning and development programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure our learning and development programs are aligned with our overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of the retail and distribution industry, and the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
• Proficient in using a variety of learning and development tools and software, including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to learning and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia as required.
