📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, cultural festivals, and networking events.
• Support the marketing team in creating and managing event promotions using tools like Eventbrite and Hootsuite.
• Help with venue coordination, vendor management, and logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in analyzing event data using Google Analytics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to support event objectives.
• Assist in creating and managing event content, including social media posts, emails, and promotional materials.
• Support the team in maintaining event documentation and reporting.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passion for events, marketing, and community engagement.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
