📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential new business opportunities.,Support the Business Development team in developing and implementing sales strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to stakeholders.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of new business deals.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.,Strong understanding of the insurance industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
