Indonesia Cargo is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.,Assist in the cleanup and maintenance of banquet facilities after the event.,Work collaboratively with the banquet manager and other staff to ensure smooth event operations.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and event feedback.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least a high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event planning role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is an advantage.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
