📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to improve mine performance, focusing on production efficiency, cost reduction, and safety.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze mining data using tools like SAP, MineSight, or similar software to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, geology, and safety teams to optimize mining processes and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on mine performance metrics and recommendations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the mining operations.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of all personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record in improving mine performance.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mining software and tools such as SAP, MineSight, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work in Bangka Belitung, including potential travel and overnight stays.
