📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure IT systems are running efficiently.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Train and mentor junior IT staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
