📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies.,Organize and coordinate HR-related events, such as orientations, team-building activities, and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment is a plus.
